Miley Cyrus and her dad Billy Rae Cyrus will be presenting an award on the American Music Awards tonight! The event is the brain child of Hollywood power-player Dick Clark who is still recovering from his 2004 stroke and will be aired on ABC Live from the shrine auditorium. Check your local listings!
