In this 2 minute video clip, Miley Cyrus presented an award to “American Idol” at the 33rd Annual Peoples Choice Awards on Janurary 9th, 2007
I think she looked absolutely stunning but her dress seemed a little.. to old for her, some fans have pointed out that her accent has also become a little stronger pointing out that Hannah Montana has been on break for awhile now and shes been spending that time back in Tennesse.
